Blood and genetic and epigenetic materials and related data and consent are available from a range of observational studies and clinical trials of diabetes devices and drugs in people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes to explore associates of concurrent and future health status and treatment effects. Biomarkers including clinical, biochemical and molecular markers including skin, eye and blood vessel tests, gene SNPs, telomere length, microRNAs, ‘-omics’ and mitochondria related markers.
