Katrina Efthim is a non-executive director and senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and strategic advisory. She was most recently a Managing Director and Head of Consumer, Retail and Healthcare at Citigroup and brings deep expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, governance and business strategy.
