Good Food Everyday, a new 10-part TV series hosted by chef, TV personality, and our ambassador, Gary Mehigan and presented by the Baker Institute, premieres on Channel 10 on Saturday at 1.00pm.

It features a brilliant line-up of guests talking about heart disease, diabetes and living well and sharing their favourite recipes with Gary.

Guests include comedian Dilruk Jayasinha, who had a heart attack at just 37. He joins Gary in the kitchen to share his story and cook a favourite curry.

Heart researcher, A/Prof. Alex Pinto dons an apron to show off his culinary talents and share his scientific work about regenerating the heart after a heart attack.

The first episode on Saturday features our ambassador and SBS cycling commentator, Matt Keenan. His family history of heart disease has made healthy living a priority.

There are other guests who share their experiences of living with diabetes, and plenty of healthy recipes to look out for.

Good Food Everyday premieres 23 May at 1.00pm on Channel 10 and 10.com.au.
