Mr Lindsay Maxsted is the Chairman of Westpac Banking Corporation and Transurban Group
He is also a director of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton plc, and is the Managing Director of Align Capital Pty Ltd.
He was formerly the CEO of KPMG from 2001 to 2007. Lindsay is the Honorary Treasurer of the Institute and is Chair of the Institute's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
