A Nurse Practitioner and Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Marly has over 20 years of experience across public hospitals, general practice, community health, and private consulting, with extensive expertise in diabetes education, advanced clinical practice, and operational leadership. Her clinical work is underpinned by a strong interest in integrating diabetes technologies, including insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), to optimise diabetes management and improve clinical outcomes.

In her role as the Manager of the Allied Health Services, Marly provides operational and clinical leadership across allied health services, supporting service integration and the delivery of high-quality, collaborative care.
