Alison Gibberd has a background in statistics and is currently undertaking a PhD through the University of Sydney. She is researching perinatal outcomes across several generations of Aboriginal people in Western Australia, using linked administrative datasets. Prior to this, she worked as a data analyst examining differences in survival and medical treatment for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people diagnosed with cancer.
