Prasad holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science Honours from Deakin University, School of Medicine. In Prasad's current role, the emphasis is on a series of GLP-1 agonist trials, including REIMAGINE-2, REDEFINE-3, SYNCHRONIZE-1, and SYNCHRONIZE-2. These projects aim to improve glycaemic control and support weight loss among individuals with diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Prasad actively collaborates with pharmaceutical companies like NOVO Nordisk and Boehringer Ingelheim, and Contract Research Organisations such as IQVIA and ICON.
