Exercise Physiologist and Research Assistant

Rachel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist currently involved in the PERCEIVE and REDEEM clinical studies providing baseline and follow-up cardiopulmonary exercise testing and supporting participants involved in exercise interventions with exercise prescription, supervision and progression during face to face and online exercise training sessions.

Rachel is particularly interested in cardiometabolic health, and how exercise can help prevent and manage cardiovascular disease in a variety of populations to improve their heart health, functional capacity, and overall quality of life.

Rachel has previously worked in private practice providing exercise and behaviour change to a variety of populations and is keen to apply her skills while being involved in research around cardiometabolic health.
