Kate Metcalf is a senior solicitor operating her own legal practice and is also a sessional Member at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal
She is a Trustee of the Baker Foundation and a Director of Boroondara Aged Services Society, BASS Care. She has previously held positions as the Legal Director Asia, General Counsel Australia and New Zealand, Director and Company Secretary of Carestream Health Australia Pty Ltd, and Senior Counsel and Company Secretary Kodak (Australasia) Pty Ltd. Kate serves on the Institute’s Commercial Issues Committee.
