The opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for project management of minor and major capital works, management of leases and service contracts, interior design and space planning and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Lead the identification of tenants and potential properties for development and expansion.
  • Oversee the space planning process to optimise layouts and maximise space utilisation while considering employee needs and wellbeing.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and corporate sustainability policies.

Skills and experience

You will have:

  • Certification in a project management methodology, preferably PMBOK or PRINCE2.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery and Project Management preferably in the Health sector.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.
